On Friday the 20th of September as a class we visited Brighton. Primarily, to visit the
Brighton Art Fair and the
Jon Burgerman exhibition. I really enjoyed some of the work at the Art Fair, it was interesting to see all these different materials, techniques and processes that people use. I liked alot of the photography at the fair too, there weren't a huge amount but i thought the photos were incredible. Jon Burgermans style is interesting because of the doodle style and because its so jam packed full of illustration. We also visited the Brighton
Letterpress "Magpie" shop. Some stuff in this shop dated back hundreds of years and it was very interesting to see.

| I really like the doodle style of Burgermans work. The wide range of colours helps to bring this particular piece alive. The thing i like about his work is being able to look at it for awhile because of how much is going on. |
